Are the inflatable bounce houses safe?

Yes! As long as all the rules outlined on the safety rules page of your rental contract are followed, and the unit is supervised at all times, they are very safe.

How many people can jump at a time?

Children Age 4 to Age 7: 8-10 small people (Maximum weight of each individual occupant not to exceed 100 Lbs.)
Children Ages 8 - 12: 5-7 young people (Maximum weight of each individual occupant not to exceed 140 Lbs.)
Over age 12: 3-4 Teens or Adults (Maximum weight of each individual occupant not to exceed 225 Lbs.)

Children 3 years and under are not permitted in the inflatable units per recommendation of manufacturer.

What does delivery include?

Delivery includes coming to the specified location, going over the rental agreement and Rules of Conduct with you in person. Once reviewed, we will accept your payment. We will then setup your bouncer and do a "walk-around" to go over the jumper's safety points. At the end of your event, we will come back, pack up the unit and perform a brief survey. Each visit will take approximately 20 - 30 minutes.

Note: You MUST be present at time of delivery.

What requirements are needed for renting?

Our inflatables can be virtually setup up on any level surface such as grass, concrete, asphalt. The location must be free of rocks, sticks, branches, rough debris and fecal material. If you have an in ground sprinkler system, please make sure the timer is not set to go on. If you have outdoor pets, you must popper scoop the area to receive the inflatable and the play area around where the inflatable will be placed. The bouncers also requires 110 VAC outlet, located within 50 feet of the inflatable. (Household GFI outlets are required.) For outdoor events where electrical hookup is not available,Book a Bounce can supply a portable generator for an additional fee.

Can an inflatable be set up indoors?

Yes, the inflatables can be setup indoors providing we have adequate ceiling clearance.

How can I reserve an inflatable?

It is recommended that you use our website for bookings. Once the booking process is complete, you will receive a confirmation to the email address you listed on the rental. The sooner, the better chance of reserving the inflatable of your preference.

How far in advance should I reserve?

It is our recommendation that if you want a specific inflatable, you should make your reservation as soon as you have a party date scheduled. The sooner, the better! Most reservations take place 2 - 3 weeks from the scheduled day. However, last minute rentals may be available even if you call the day before or the day of your party / event, if we still have inflatable units available or another customer has cancelled for some reason, and depending if our delivery schedule permits. Keep in mind you may need to settle for something other than what you wanted.

What is the payment policy and when is payment due?

A deposit is required to hold your reservation using a credit or debit card. The card used for deposit will automatically be charged the Friday before your rental. (For example, if you have a Saturday rental scheduled, your card will be charged the day before). Checks are only accepted for certain circumstances (schools, organizations, non-profits, etc.) Personal checks are not accepted.

What if the forecast is rain?

Inflatable rides cannot be used during rain, lightning & thunderstorms or high winds. If it has been forecasted that there is 50% or better chance of rain, please call or text our office at (774)-573- 7136 to reschedule AT LEAST 72 hours before your reservation. DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE but can be transferred to a future rental within one year if cancelled with at least 72 hours notice. If a customer insists that we deliver the inflatable unit for their event when we have advised them to cancel or the forecast for rain and high winds is imminent and exceeds a 50% chance of rain, and additional $75.00 dollars will be due at time of delivery for drying charges to set-up the inflatable unit(s) at our company location to get all of the internal components of the inflatable dry (water does seep through the seams of the inflatable and gets inside the internal workings and baffles of the inflatable structure), drying off the accessible, outer surfaces of the inflatable unit does not mean it is dry, the netting on the walls will get wet and will mold if not thoroughly dried. Additionally the customer is responsible for repair charges for damaged inflatable units as the result of high winds being ignored and neglecting to deflate the inflatable, also, damage to the inflatable from allowing riders to use the inflatable when wet & slippery that can result in side webbing, vinyl, and seam stitching to be ripped or torn. Be aware that WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION IF INCLEMENT WEATHER IS IMMINENT, UP TO THE TIME OF DELIVERY! Why choose us over other rental companies?

Our company delivers, sets up, takes down, and picks up ALL our inflatable rentals.

If you are looking at renting an inflatable there are a few things you need to ask before you select a company.

Does the company set-up the equipment and train you on the proper operation and supervision? Saving a few dollars by picking up the inflatable yourself may seem like a good idea, but consider how you will load/unload and transport a unit that weighs in excess of 280 - 350 pounds! Will you be able to set the unit up and ensure the unit is operated safely? Will you also be able to fold the unit back up the way your received it? Professional delivery, set-up, training and take down is extremely valuable when you are busy with the many other details when hosting a party.

How long will I have my rental?

Our crews deliver between 7am and noon and pick up between 7pm and 10pm on the same day.
